How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Flip account and all associated data, email us at:

floatsllc313@gmail.com

Include the email address associated with your Flip account in your request.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account — Sign-in credentials and profile information
  • Subscription data — Your subscription record (active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google)
  • Usage data — Any analytics or session data linked to your account

What Is Stored Locally (On Your Device)

Your saved recipes, dietary rules, collections, and grocery lists are stored only on your device. To delete this data, uninstall the Flip app from your device.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
